| How often should I service my SPARE AIR? | SPARE AIR is recommended to be serviced annually and hydrostatically tested every five years. |
| Can I purchase parts and service the unit myself? | No, for safety reasons, you need to have your SPARE AIR professionally serviced by your local Dive shop or SSI. |

| How long does it take to service a unit if I send it to you? | Between five to seven working days upon receiving it. |
| What information do I need to include when sending in my unit for repair? | Include your name, phone number, address, service requested and form of payment, click here for a downloadable Repair Maintenance Form you can fill out and send in with your unit. |
| How much will it cost to have my unit serviced by SSI and what does the service include? | Service includes overhaul of regulator, replacement of worn parts and VIP of cylinder and includes upgrading models with a flip valve or knob to always on check valve. (Prices listed below.) |
